How Payments Work With Us
- Inquiry & quote: Client submits requirements via form/call, we clarify scope, then send a detailed quote with pricing and timeline.
- Proposal approval: Client reviews and approves the quote, locking in scope, price, and deliverables before contracting begins.
- Contract & advance: Signed agreement plus 40-50% advance payment reserves your project slot and kicks off design and development.
- Milestone payment: For larger projects, 20-30% is due after design approval or a key development milestone before work continues.
- QA & staging: Final functionality, speed, and security checks, followed by client walkthrough and sign-off on the staging link.
- Live deployment: Site is migrated to production with SSL, backups, and DNS configured — going live for visitors.
- Final payment: Remaining balance is settled at or before go-live, as agreed in the contract, before final handover.
- Post-launch support: Client receives credentials, source files, and documentation; free bug-fix window begins, followed by optional retainer billing.
